Refund policy
We want you to love your Auriva products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
